Elise Warshavsky (RYT 200)
Elise has had 20+ years of practicing yoga before doing her 200-hour training here at Good Vibes in 2022. She practiced Hatha, Vinyasa, and modern Kundalini styles, although has gravitated more toward Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra practices. Elise also practices Thai Yoga Massage. She is always looking for a way to help others reduce stress and pull out of the constant "fight or flight" mode that dominates our current culture.
